Corrections come first

If something on this site is wrong, we want to hear it more than anything else you could send us. Anyone can report an error — reader, competitor, or the brand we got wrong. We fix factual errors within 48 hours of accepting the report, and when a fix changes the substance of a recommendation, the page says what changed and when. We don't quietly edit mistakes out of existence, because that's how a site becomes untrustworthy while looking perfect.

It helps enormously if you include the page and the specific claim. "The warranty section on the memory foam guide is out of date" gets fixed the same day; "your site has errors" takes a week of back-and-forth. The full correction policy is here.

Questions

Ask. If you're stuck between two mattresses, or a spec sheet doesn't make sense, or you want to know why we ranked something where we did, that's a fair question and you'll get a straight answer — including "we don't know" when we don't. Check the FAQ first, since the common ones are answered there in more detail than an email reply would manage.

One limit worth naming: we can't give medical advice and won't try. If your question is really about pain, a sleep disorder, or a health condition, the honest answer is that a bedding enthusiast is the wrong person to ask — please talk to a doctor. We can talk about mattress support and pillow height as physics, and that's where our competence stops.

We also can't help with your order. We don't sell anything, so deliveries, returns, refunds and warranty claims are between you and the retailer — we have no visibility into any of it. That's spelled out here.

Brand and PR enquiries

Read this before you pitch, and we'll both save time. We don't accept free products, review samples, sponsored posts, paid placement, link insertions, or guest posts. No brand can buy a position on a list here, and no brand sees a page before it publishes. If that's your pitch, it will be declined — politely, but every time.

What is genuinely worth sending:

• A correction about your own product.If we've misstated your construction, materials, trial or warranty terms, tell us and we'll fix it on the same 48-hour clock as anyone else.
• A product change we'd otherwise miss. A quiet reformulation under the same model name, a discontinuation, or a change to trial or warranty terms. These change recommendations and the industry rarely announces them.
• Published test data we can attribute to you.If it's real and public, we'll cite it by name with a link, the same as we do for anyone else's testing.

None of that buys a recommendation, and accurate information about your product doesn't earn you a better position — it just means the page is right. Our method is public and so is our funding.
